Yes! We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. But you also visit for the services required without an appointment.
What should I bring when boarding my pet?
Please bring your pet’s food, any medications, and their favorite toy or blanket for comfort. We provide clean bedding, bowls, and lots of love!
Do you care for all breeds and sizes?
Yes! We welcome all breeds, ages, and sizes — from tiny kittens to giant Great Danes. Our team is trained to handle pets with different temperaments and needs.
How do you handle special needs or medication?
Our trained staff can administer medications and follow specific feeding or care instructions. Just let us know your pet’s routine when booking.
How do I book or cancel a service?
You can book online, by phone, or in person. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. (no cancellation fee imposed)
